The above is the view from the living room (this is the Salt Lake City Valley, in Utah)

This the hike coming back from Donut Falls! Nice easy hike.

This is the Marshmallow I burned while sitting next to the campfire.

I learned how to play Disc golf, this is the new sport I have learned to play. (I still have a very long way to go)
For something new I tried and learned how to ride a unicycle, still not good at it at all.
My tomato plant I am growing. Hopefully it will grow big and strong!
Picture of the Rugby game I went to, it was very exciting.
A cool waterfall a few of my friends and I hiked into.

I also tried out rock climbing and I like it a whole bunch. One small problem is I have very weak arms. Got to work on that, my friend who is teaching me how to rock climb says the more I go out and climb the rocks the stronger my arms will get and I am going with that!

I need to be off and running.
As always Thanks for Reading!

Hi all,
Today while surfing the internet I found a really cool website that has some of the best quotes and thoughts I have read in a while. The website is called Tipsagram  I pulled off my favorite thoughts though there was several great ones. Here are the ones I really liked:

Feeling Better...

Hi,
Today I am feeling lots better and I am thinking clearer. I still have a runny nose but in time that should go away. I have gotten motivated and have decided to run a half marathon by the end of August (I know I have plenty of time to train and get in shape to run it) I am a little scared because I am supposed to be up to 3 miles by the end of this month so by the end of June I will be running 8 miles and then in July I will be running 10 miles and I should be able to run it! I finally will get something off of my bucket list and I know the struggle in front of me will be the battle within me to keep going and to fight against the pain and the longing to be lazy. I hopefully have a few friends that will let me in on their running groups as they are running the same half marathon with me. I am so excited to get back in shape. Two summers ago I was running 8 miles. I do have to admit though, I am not the fastest runner around, but I am determined to keep going and to keep running. I hear once you start running and competing it becomes addicting and I am looking forward to it. Bring on the change.
I am also excited because I will be in shape and I will loose the last five pounds I have been needing to loose to be at my weight goal. (Which I started 4 years ago) It was a slow process but I am so close and I am determined to do what it takes to take that goal from my bucket list and make it permeant in my life.
I also have been trying to figure out what I am going to do with the rest of my life. You might be wondering what has inspired this post and I will tell you.

I love that thought. I feel that I have not let go of my past. I know, everyone has one and as my favorite songs say, "every story has a hero that has learned, you make your past your past, yeah you make your past your past." It is so true you look at the past long enough you can not focus on the future or on what is going to happen.
Another quote I came across that I like equally as well that also has inspired me to get up and live life and accomplish things off of my bucket list so I can add the new things I have been dying to add to it. Is:

I have found lately I have compared my life to others and mine never sounds so glamorous or fair, and that is another reason I have decided to tackle my bucket list and get things accomplished. To live a life in which to motivate and inspire others.
I need to be off and running. :)
As always thanks for reading.

It's May already??

Hi all,
Can you believe it is already May? I swear time is speeding up. I am sorry I haven't written in a while I have been pretty sick. Who know at this time of year you could get sick right? I thought it was only a winter time thing to do. I guess in my case April Showers make me sick. hahaha
Sorry if this posts seems like I keep jumping from subject to subject, reason is, the doctor put me on this medication and I am not thinking very clearly.
I would just like to also share a quote with all of you.

I love this quote, cause it is true and I feel I am at this point in my life again.
I need to go and rest some more and I will hopefully be able to get over this sickness that has taken me down and out for more than a week now. I hate strep throat, it makes it worse when I get to the doctors office and the doctor I went to looks down my throat and says it is the worst case of strep throat he has seen in a long while. To make things worse is, I have been running a fever since Saturday which finally broke yesterday and the medication which the doctor gave me to break the fever made me dizzy and I didn't know what was going on at all. Can I just say I hate being sick.
I need to be going,
As always, thanks for reading.
