Have you ever had a morning where nothing goes your way? Sadly, that was my morning :) I got up on time for school and I even left for class a whole hour early. As I started making my way to the University of Utah Campus along 1300 East, there became so much traffic and so I took an alternative route up through sugar house and somehow ended up on foothill, and then I missed my turn to where I needed to be. So I went around the entire campus and then had to go up the steep hill and my car instead of going forwards like a good little car it would jump back which is odd for an automatic (at least that is what I was told) So I finally make it through the hellish traffic and get to the parking lot. (I know this seems play by play and well it is :) ) so then I get to class to find out that I didn't bring the right text book with me and then I go to the library after class to study and my computer wouldn't access the internet. (Took two computer techs at the Library counter) to finally get it all set up for me Yay!
Then after a few hours of studying I headed home and you guessed it, I missed the turn and I ended up in the U of U Hospital. When I finally got home I know I was cranky (I get that way when I haven't eaten for a while) I tried to talk to a friend on the phone and it went all wrong and know that I have had some time to sit and think about my morning, I found a positive, I wasn't too impatient in fact I was almost okay with it all.
A thought hit me, just how many times in life have I gotten mad at my stupidity in learning the hard way? Instead of getting mad about it I found I even could smile.
Thanks for reading!
